We’re building a gaming ecosystem inside Telegram — launching and scaling mobile titles from concept to monetization. Our team values creativity, speed, and results. If you want to own marketing in a brand-new ecosystem, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Use marketing as a driver for retention and reactivation — design campaigns that bring players back, increase engagement, and support long-term growth in close collaboration with the product team.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for launching new mobile game titles in Telegram — from hypotheses to full-funnel campaigns (UA, organic, partnerships, influencer, community).
  • Own User Acquisition: set up and optimize ad campaigns, run A/B tests, and manage targeting across platforms.
  • Drive Telegram-specific growth: leverage bots, channels, chats, mini-apps, and native mechanics for user acquisition.
  • Track and optimize key KPIs: acquisition, retention, LTV, and creative/channel performance.
  • Partner with the creative team to deliver and test performance-driven assets (static, video, animation, copy).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, data, community, and PR.
  • Build and maintain a marketing calendar; provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of trends, research market best practices, and adapt strategies — with a strong focus on mobile gaming and Telegram growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile gaming, ideally with proven success in launching.
  • Deep expertise in User Acquisition and performance marketing; strong grasp of metrics (LTV, Retention).
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools. 
  • Strong understanding of UX marketing for games: effective CTAs, creative hooks, funnel optimization.
  • Ability to work end-to-end: from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical, proactive, adaptable, and experimental mindset.
