Now we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help us scale this impact by improving how creators discover, understand, and adopt the product — especially across critical flows like onboarding, activation, and feature adoption.

As Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to bridge product and growth, and turn features into adoption, activation into revenue.

You’ll focus especially on:

  • Removing friction in early user flows (registration, KYC, first subscription).
  • Communicating product value clearly and consistently.
  • Driving adoption across key monetization features.

This is a high-impact role. You’ll work closely with product, customer success, and growth to turn usage into revenue and features into outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Own Activation & First Value:

  • Map the entire onboarding funnel from registration to first $1 earned.
  • Identify and remove friction in the KYC and first-subscription setup flows.
  • Work with Product & Growth to test messaging, UX, incentives, and content that improve conversion.

Define Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Craft segment-specific positioning for subscriptions, donations, gated content, and product sales.
  • Build messaging frameworks that connect features to creator outcomes.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency across the bot, onboarding flows, website, emails, and help center.

Lead Go-to-Market for New Features:

  • Own go-to-market plans for launches: from internal alignment to external activation.
  • Produce GTM assets: landing pages, Telegram announcements, onboarding sequences, tutorials.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive awareness, adoption, and feedback loops.

Market Intelligence & Creator Research

  • Conduct user research and interviews to uncover pain points, language, and objections.
  • Analyze competitors (Boosty, Patreon, Web3 tools, payment systems) and sharpen Tribute’s positioning.
  • Continuously feed insights into product roadmap, pricing, and GTM priorities.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or activation/growth roles in SaaS or platforms.
  • Experience owning go-to-market plans and onboarding flows.
  • A strong eye for product–market fit and user experience.
  • Data fluency — comfortable with funnels, drop-off points, and usage analytics.
    Bonus: background in monetization, payments, creator tools, or Telegram ecosystem.
  • Result-driven, analytical, able to move fast in a startup environment with a strong focus on speed of learning and iteration.
