We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Creative Designer to power the creative engine behind user acquisition campaigns for TOP’s portfolio companies — with a strong focus on gaming. You will be responsible for full-cycle creative production: from ideation to execution, across formats and platforms, using both classic design tools and cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who understands what converts, keeps up with digital trends, and is passionate about using AI to scale performance.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end creative production — generate high-performing concepts, execute static, animated, or video creatives yourself, and iterate fast.
  • AI-first production mindset — use AI tools (video, image, motion, copy) to boost creative volume and testing speed without compromising quality.
  • Trend research & ideation — stay ahead of what’s working in paid UA (especially in games), and pitch fresh, relevant concepts weekly.
  • Motion design & animation — confidently produce animated assets and micro-interactions; bonus for 2D/3D capabilities.
  • Creative strategy for UA — understand key user behaviors, effective CTAs, scroll-stoppers, and messaging frameworks tailored to each funnel stage.
  • Platform fluency — optimize creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, and in-app networks; ensure all assets meet specs and best practices.
  • Creative testing workflows — own the creative testing loop in collaboration with performance managers; document what works and why.
  • Knowledge management — maintain a structured library of tested creatives, insights by vertical, and benchmarks by ad type or format.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of producing performance creatives in gaming or adjacent verticals.
  • Ability to execute independently — from idea to final creative across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent motion/graphic tools.
  • Experience working with GenAI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Pika, D-ID, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Understanding of user acquisition metrics and what influences performance (CTR, CPP, Retention Rate).
  • Strong eye for design, copy, and engagement — especially within short attention spans.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for mobile games and understanding of game mechanics or monetization models.
  • Familiarity with Telegram ecosystem and Mini Apps.
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced Web3 or mobile startup environments.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across performance, product, and data.
