Now we are looking for a talented Game Designer to help us build engaging and fun experiences.

• Develop well-structured, concise, and easy-to-understand design documents and feature specifications.
• Conduct research on trending mobile games to generate ideas for multiplayer game concepts (experience analyzing games on platforms like Roblox is a strong plus).
• Design gameplay mechanics tailored to the specifics of the Telegram platform (short sessions, viral and referral features, social interaction).
• Playtest prototypes and final builds, gather feedback, and provide actionable suggestions for improvements.
• Experience with balancing and economy design in idle games, 4X strategies, or farming games is a significant advantage.

• 3+ years of experience in game design (mobile, hyper-casual, or web-based games).
• Strong skills in trend research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to structure ideas clearly and produce high-quality design documentation.
