Now we’re looking for a Moderator to join our growing team and help us maintain a safe, high-quality environment for our creators and users. This is a key role in ensuring that Tribute remains a trusted and compliant platform as we continue scaling rapidly. Responsibilities:


  • Handling a large volume of correspondence: effective management of incoming inquires to minimize waiting time and ensure timely resolution of all customer requests.
  • Checking content for compliance with platform rules and laws.
  • Reviewing and moderating video, photo, and text content.
  • Ensuring content quality and adherence to guidelines.
  • Reporting and documenting inappropriate content.
  • Collaborating with other departments for additional support if necessary.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated stress resistance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a moderator on platforms with video, photo, and text content is preferred.
  • Strong self-organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgment
