Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

As our Head of Product Marketing, your mission is to make this innovation understood, adopted, and loved.

You’ll shape how we launch and grow two powerful products: our custodial wallet and our self-custodial wallet, each with its own audience, narrative, and future.

You’re the glue between users, product and growth. You translate features into stories, use cases into behavior, and roadmaps into results

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Product GTM strategy for both custodial (Crypto Wallet) and self-custodial (TON Space) wallets: positioning, messaging, user personas, and proof points that resonate across global audiences.
  • Deeply understand our users: run qualitative interviews, quantitative analysis, and funnel diagnostics to uncover pain points, value drivers, and untapped opportunities.
  • Eliminate friction across the entire user journey, from first discovery to habit formation, by influencing product design and communication.
  • Design and execute product and feature launches and lifecycle campaigns: product launches, activation initiatives, educational content, and more.
  • Support GTM and Growth team in market rollouts ensuring reasonable localisation or product as required.
  • Implement pre-launch tests and feedback loops: Bring the voice of the user to the table through prototype tests and experiments.
  • Develop assets and frameworks that scale: positioning docs, value prop matrices, product fact sheets, FAQs, lifecycle comms, and internal enablement kits.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in Product Marketing, ideally at consumer tech, neobanks, fintechs, or crypto companies.
  • Proven success in launching 0→1 and 1→n products across multiple geographies and personas.
  • Strong understanding and attention to user behavior, funnel mechanics, and lifecycle communications.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights: able to draw conclusions, shape hypotheses, and inform decisions.
  • Strong writing, research, and strong communication skills.
