We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to take ownership of client communication, ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, and provide an exceptional support experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of written customer requests;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction: striving to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and maintaining a positive, friendly attitude;
  • Handling a large volume of correspondence: effective management of incoming calls to minimize waiting time and ensure timely resolution of all customer requests;
  • Share information with developers and managers so that they can improve our product;
  • Collaborate with other departments for additional support if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated stress resistance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong self-organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Schedule 2/2 from 14:00 to 02:00 GMT+3.
