As our Special Projects Lead, you’re here to put the best of crypto into the hands of a billion Telegram users.

Your focus: sourcing and landing the right partners — the top protocols, products and players — and helping bring them into Telegram’s native crypto wallet. You will drive lead generation and follow-through for the most important integrations in crypto: vaults, staking, swaps, payments, token launches. If it expands what users can do in the wallet, it’s on your radar.

You’ll work with a small, senior team (Chief Strategy Officer & Head of BD) to turn high-value targets into live deals, and keep things running smoothly across legal, compliance, marketing and product.

Responsibilities:

• Hunt down the best protocols, products and services to bring into the Wallet — if it’s new and useful or blue-chip and big, you’re on it.
• Run with live deals from start to finish: intros, follow-ups, calls, docs, deadlines — all of it.
• Keep the pipeline sharp: track what’s moving, what’s stuck, what should be eliminated and what’s next.
• Connect the dots across product, legal, marketing and compliance to make things happen.
• Drop quick write-ups that actually help the team move — no fluff, just signal.
• Spot chaos early and bring order fast. No one’s telling you what to do — you figure it out.

Requirements:

• Sharp mind, fast learning curve. You pick things up quickly and get up to speed on unfamiliar topics fast.
• Experience in BD, strategy, or ops — or in any role that demonstrates clear, structured thinking.
• Clear writing, strong instincts, solid judgment. You can be trusted to just figure it out.
• Crypto-native is great, but not required.
